Ph.D. in Political Science

Graduated from MGIMO-University, School of Political Science, with qualification of Specialist in international relations and political science.

Defended thesis on electoral and unconventional political behavior in contemporary Russia analyzed through the marginalization conception. His research interests include public and expert diplomacy, impact of socio-economic processes on international cooperation, regional specialization is focused mainly on the countries of the Middle East and post-soviet states.

In 2007–2011 worked at MGIMO-University as a Head of HR analysis spanision and a lecturer at Political Theory Department. For four years conducted courses related to political management, political theory, political psychology and business communications.

In 2011 took a position of Deputy Program Director at Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC). Member of RIAC Editors Group for reports and working papers.

Author of more than 40 publications including two books («Marginality in Social Transformations» (2003), and «Elections as a Political Census» (2007) published in Russia).
