Anna Shashkova

Graduated with distinction from Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO). Awarded with the premium of Ibero-American center of MGIMO, awarded with MGIMO rector’s grant on the law course in a foreign language, is All-Russia Competition Laureate for the best scientific book 2011, 2013, I International Competition Laureate for the best educational book «Classics of Education» 2016.

Has been practicing law for more than 19 years. Since 1999 admitted to the Moscow Region Bar Association. Successful participation in more than 80 arbitration, 150 civil and 10 criminal successful cases, full legal support for legal entities: more than 1000 contracts and orders with different subject-matters drafted.

At present is a senior lecturer, docent of MGIMO, Academic Supervisor of MBA «Corporate Director», «Human Relations» in MGIMO Sсhool of Business and International Profociency. Since 2003 has lectured in English on Russian Corporate and Business Law (ACCA (F4)), Accountant in Business (АССА (F1)).

Serves as Honorary Consul for St. Vincent and the Grenadines in Moscow.

Is an author of 19 books on Russian Business Law, co-author of 2 books on Russian Corporate & Business Law. Published books Russian Business Law, Russian Corporate Law (in English). Has numerous publications in Russian & foreign periodicals, such as «Lawyer», «President Control», «Rossiyskaya Ustitsya», etc.
