Online Lecture on Russia's Grand-Strategy by Dr. A.K.Bobrov to Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University

On February 23, Acting Dean of the School of Government and International Affairs (MGIMO University) Dr. Alexander K. Bobrov gave an online lecture to the students of Edmund A.Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. The overall interactive conversation with prospective US experts on Post-Soviet countries was primarily dedicated to the grand strategy of Russia in the 21st century.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Bobrov analyzed the conduct of the Russian foreign policy both on global and regional levels, focusing on the most recent key trends that have emerged over the last 12 months. In a Q&A session that followed, the Professor gave his assessment of the most important developments in Russian politics (President's State of the Union Address, a new blueprint for Russian Foreign Policy Strategy etc) that would exert a lasting impact on its evolution in the months to follow.
