We are adding International Law as a minor to our International Politics Program

We are adding International Law as a minor to our International Politics program. The program has been renamed Government, International Politics and Law to reflect the significant role that legal disciplines play in our curriculum. We are making our approach to education in International Public and Private Law more systemic in order to offer our students a comprehensive and practical view of the legal norms that impact the calculus and behavior of international players. While we are not offering a degree in Law--the main focus of the program remains political and interdisciplinary--we are placing additional emphasis on the legal mode of thinking and reasoning. We expect such a mindset to be increasingly relevant for future professionals who will be expected to make full use of transnational governance and business opportunities.
